10 most common myths about exercise and diet during pregnancy

My friend says that she is about 20+w now. She says that before she got pregnant she exercised everyday about one hour and 30m. But later she got pregnant. Till about the 3rd  month it was a living helL for her. According to her she was always so tired that she could sense of smell went out the roof. She almost did not wanted to eat much at all for the first 2 months. She further added that she wanted to workout but she really could not. One evening she started working out again low impact workout and hopefully was able to do more and more on days to come. She loved this working video.
Another friend says that she just found this video and when she was  pregnant with second baby. But she love to see women, but especially medical professionals recommending fit pregnancy. She is in the military and was while pregnant with her first son as well and she did Physical Training every morning still up until she gave birth.  She was very much attribute herself easy pregnancies, labor and recoveries to staying active and eating fairly healthy.
